Simplicity Baby Furniture offer a wide range of baby items from bassinet covers to bassinet mattress and even strollers and baby buggies. Some of the company’s products are sold under the well-respected brandname Graco.

In the USA and Canada, Simplicity products are sold through Wal-Mart, amazon.com and other stores. Simplicity cribs are JPMA-certified. JPMA, or Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, Inc. is a long established North American association of manufacturers of juvenile products.

The Simplicity website says that “All Simplicity for Children products are designed, engineered and tested in the USA.” No doubt about that but like nearly everything these days, most items are manufactured in China.

Simplicity is a family-owned business located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The Waldman family first opened the factory doors over 60 years ago and they still run it today.

The company website is quite comprehensive and includes assembly instructions, some via video clips and a link for ordering replacement parts.

Consumer reviews posted online indicate that one of the main reasons people like the Simplicity line is the price. None of the reviews viewed mentioned quality as a factor in deciding to purchase Simplicity baby furniture. Just for information’s sake, keep in mind there has been four recalls of Simplicity cribs since 1995, all of these involving various safety rather than quality issues. There was a recall of over a million Simplicity cribs in 1997.
