We purchased this crib for our baby as our 2 yr old is still using his crib as a toddler bed. We definitely wanted another convertible crib. We haven’t yet set this crib up because we’re still in the process of getting the nursery ready but we opened the box to take a quick look to make sure all the parts and pieces were in tact (which they were) but I was very surprised by the color of the wood. I know it states that it is a “honey oak” in the description but the actual color is MUCH lighter than the picture. It’s not a bad color by any means, just not what I was expecting. I am so glad I pulled it out to take a look at it before dresser shopping so I can match something up to it.
